Agreement
A Service Agreement is then provided, detailing regions, programs and client numbers for up to three years of service.
Orientation
Your team, including managers and support staff, enjoys an interactive learning session with experienced trainers covering all aspects of The Carers’ Phone and its special features.
Go Live & Help Desk
Your subscription to The Carers’ Phone goes live, with ongoing Help Desk support provided, and regular Feedback Meetings with a qualified community nurse and our expert systems programmer.
